What it looks like at an event
The vehicle is set up in 45 minutes and guests photograph it themselves. Your event then lives on social media long after it ends.
Two options
A bar, gelato, or both at the same event.
Mobile bar
A complete turnkey bar service. Bartenders, glassware, ice and back-of-house. We tune the drinks list to the character of the event and the season.
Capacity150 drinks an hour with two bartenders, or 300 an hour when we serve from both sides.
In winterMulled wine, punch and mead. The vehicle works year-round; only the menu changes.
Alcohol-freeLemonades and mocktails for morning conferences and company breakfasts.
Gelato catering
Artisan gelato under our own La Crema label. Not wrapped ice cream out of a freezer.
FlavoursTuned to the event. Vegan and gluten-free options as standard.
CoffeeA lever espresso machine on board — espresso, cappuccino, iced coffee and affogato.
Your identityTubs, cones and menu in your colours. You supply the vehicle wrap and we hand the unit over prepped.
What we need from you
Space2.7 × 1.4 m for the vehicle plus roughly 2 m clear for staff and the queue.
Power230 V / 16 A. We need a hook-up if the vehicle is to light up or chill.
AccessA 1.6 m doorway for indoor use. Floor rated for 1,200 kg.
Lead timeIdeally 2 to 8 weeks ahead. December and the summer fill up sooner.
DocumentsHACCP and electrical certification supplied to your venue in advance.
